Payments
• All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.
• You agree to pay the price listed for the plan or service selected.
• Subscription plans may automatically renew depending on your selection.
Refund Policy
Because Trellis Point Systems provides digital services and lead-based deliveries, all sales are final unless otherwise noted.
Refunds may only be granted if:
• A duplicate payment occurs
• A technical error prevents service delivery
• We are unable to fulfill your purchased plan
Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Lead Quality Replacement
If you purchase a plan that includes lead replacement, invalid or bounced data may be replaced according to your plan details.
Booking & Scheduling
Clients must book available times through our Wix Booking Calendar.
Missed or late appointments are not eligible for refunds.
Limitation of Liability
