At Trellis Point Systems, we provide digital services, business-funding leads, and strategy call bookings. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.
Non-Refundable Services
The following cannot be refunded:
• Lead plans (Starter, Growth, Dominator)
• Strategy call bookings
• Digital downloads
• Subscription services
• Any service already delivered or partially delivered
Refund Exceptions
We may consider a refund ONLY if:
• You were charged twice
• A technical/payment processing error occurred
• We fail to deliver any leads or services purchased
Cancellations
If you must reschedule a booking, you may do so through the booking calendar.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
